Introducing a new parallel delayering module for use with the #15-9125 X-Prep® fixture. The optimized design supports parallel delayering applications of metallized IC’s. The design also allows the X-Prep® fixture to be transferred directly under an optical microscope after cleaning and will not interfere with the objectives on the turret as they are rotated into position.
