Dia-Grid Diamond Discs feature nickel-plated diamonds in a raised dot matrix pattern. The matrix enhances cooling of the sample during grinding and allows efficient removal of debris. Extremely durable and long lasting, they are recommended for hard-to-grind materials including ceramics, composites, carbides, metal matrix composites and hardened metals.

Metal Bonded Diamond Discs have diamond particles held firmly in place on a rigid backing by electroplated, erosion resisting nickel for maximum bond strength and heat dissipation.

Resin Bonded Diamond Discs produce the same flatness and dimensional accuracy as Metal Bond with a slightly finer finish grade-for-grade. Recommended for hard, fragile materials.

Our NEW Magnetic-Backed discs can be used with any magnetic fastening system.
