The X-Mill™ is Allied's NEW Automated, Precision Milling and Polishing System for the Microelectronics Industry. Sample Preparation Applications for: backside/frontside F/A, reverse engineering, materials research and more. The wizard-based operation (with on-screen help menus) defines: X-Y-Z start/stop, X-Y milling rate, Z-force, Z-increment, Milling Pattern and Tool Overlap.
